About the Practice

Our goal is simple: to help people get back on their feet — and back to living fully.

Whether you’re navigating chronic pain, recovering from an injury, or managing ongoing tension that’s limiting your movement, care here is never one-size-fits-all. Every client is treated one-to-one with focused attention and a fully customized treatment plan.

With years of experience in sports medicine environments, each session is structured around function, recovery, and measurable progress. The work is intentional, evidence-informed, and built around where you are now — and where you want to go next.

Because recovery shouldn’t feel random. It should feel strategic.

Matthew Good

Matt began his career as an ACE certified personal trainer helping his clients set and meet their fitness goals. He particularly enjoyed helping clients with past and present injuries regain their strength and flexibility.

He went on to attend Community Based Education and Development College where he obtained his AS, in Physical Therapy Assistance. As a PTA, Matt worked closely with physical therapists, helping a variety of patients rehab pre/post-surgery at BCOS. It was here where Matt learned the importance of therapeutic massage in the recovery process.

After three wonderful years as a PTA, Matt knew it was time to further study therapeutic massage, and he attended Boulder Massage Therapy Institute to obtain his License of Massage Therapy.

On his days off you can find Matt around town hiking, biking, and enjoying the outdoors in the wonderful Colorado!
